Sunday, the final day of Sea Otter, was dedicated to covering the Downhill Finals, where some of the best mountain bikers in the world rode this flowy and fast course at lightning speeds, showcasing their impressive skills for an enthusiastic audience. Morning light and lifting fog enhanced the already dramatic backdrop of the course during the practice runs.

This was an exhilarating, action-packed finale to a great week in the hills above Monterrey.

Throughout the day I used my e-bike to travel up and down the access road to capture different features of the course.

I finished the day near the top of the course on a feature where the riders were consistently getting good air into a banked turn with plenty of spectators to cheer them on.
